For orders placed online via our web site, we will issue a confirmation email containing the order details to the email address submitted to PayPal during the online purchase.
In all other instances, when you place an order we will issue a formal quotation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the quotation and confirm any changes necessary.
All cables are supplied with a full three-year performance guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Brilliance Hi-Fi will not be liable for any business or personal loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, dates, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and Brilliance Hi-Fi when you commence using the web site or when a contract for the sale of goods was formed. Brilliance Hi-Fi does not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty.
All cables are fully tested prior to despatch both electrically and sonically. If any items are received damaged, this should be communicated at the earliest opportunity and returned immediately without use. Brilliance Hi-Fi will not be liable for any loss or damage during transit.
Cable assemblies of modular 0.5m length, i.e. 1m, 1.5m, 2m etc with standard terminations are offered on a sale-or-return basis.Cables must be returned in an as-new condition within one month of purchase. All refunds will exclude P&P charges/costs.
Brilliance Hi-Fi reserves the right to change component parts/specifications when necessary and/or to refuse an order.
Brilliance Hi-Fi will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. Brilliance Hi-Fi reserve the right to make changes to our website policies and these conditions of use and sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use and sale in force at the time that you use the website that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or Government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not effect the validity and enforcement of the remaining conditions.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
